Who we are
Two Jiujitsu academies on the North Shore of Montreal — one in Laval, one in Terrebonne. Qualified coaches, a tight-knit team, and a program built for adults and kids alike.
We teach No-Gi Jiujitsu with rigor and professionalism. No long-term contract, no hidden fees — you pay as long as you're training, and you decide after your first class whether it's for you.
Instructors
Formation
Black and brown belts trained under Firas Zahabi (Tristar Montréal). Years of teaching experience, matched by years of competing.
Pédagogie
Technique explained plainly, structured progression, individual feedback. For older kids and adults, we use the CLA (constraint-led approach) — learning through play, in real situations, so it sticks and transfers.
Sécurité
Mats cleaned and disinfected after every class, multiple coaches on the floor during kids' classes, strict supervision during sparring. Safety isn't up for negotiation.
Programs
Structured program, supervised by multiple coaches on the mat. Technique, discipline, respect. An environment where your child makes progress, safely.
No experience required. We teach you the mechanics, the fundamentals, and how to stay safe. You progress at your own pace, with people who've been there.
For practitioners who want to push further. Hard sparring, IBJJF and ADCC prep, an active competition team.
Women-only class, led by Serah Kong, black belt. Beginners welcome. A space to learn at your own pace.
Led by Jad in Laval. Wrestling built to complement your Jiujitsu — take the fight to the ground and dominate the position.

What sets 450 apart is the people who make it up. An active competition team, reliable training partners, and a culture of mutual support where everyone helps everyone else get better.
Beginners, competitors, teens, kids — everyone trains on the same mat, with the same respect. You come to learn Jiujitsu. You leave with a second family.

J'ai réservé un cours d'essai gratuit dans cette école de Jiu-Jitsu et j'ai passé un excellent moment. L'ambiance était chaleureuse, les instructions claires et professionnelles, et l'instructeur a un super sens de l'humour qui a rendu le cours agréable et détendu. Je me suis sentie à l'aise pour apprendre en tant que débutante et j'ai tellement apprécié que je m'inscrirai très bientôt. Je vous recommande vivement d'essayer !
