For an irregular rhythm. The 10-class pass expires one year after purchase. Drop-in is for a single class — visitors passing through welcome too.
Intro (Laval)
Three Basics classes per week for the first six months. A clear entry point for newcomers — no comparing yourself to competitors in the first week.
