Terrebonne · Kids ages 5 to 12

Jiujitsu for kids.
First class, free.

1345 Grande Allée #220 · Terrebonne, QC J6W 4K6

Why Jiujitsu

A martial art that works.
No strikes.

The Jiujitsu we teach is ground grappling — the most practical martial art there is. Your child learns to control their body, stay calm under pressure, and handle conflict with a clear head.

It's demanding, it's structured, and it rewards effort. Over time, your child builds resilience (because it's hard), discipline (because it's structured), and real confidence — the kind that's earned, not given.

How it works

Three simple steps to prep your child.

  1. 01

01 — Book their free class.

Sign them up online in sixty seconds.

  2. 02

    02 — Prep them.

Arrive 5 minutes early with your child. Fitted athletic wear (shorts + t-shirt), indoor slippers, short nails, no jewelry. Bring a water bottle. Parents are welcome to stay and watch.

  3. 03

03 — They take their class.

Your child trains with qualified coaches and kids their age. After, they decide. You decide.
